内容記述 | The learning contents of judo classes at junior high schools and high schools have been investigated in the past. However, the contents of judo classes at universities that train health and physical education teachers have not been clarified. Examining the latter could help improve judo classes at such universities and enhance the learning effectiveness for students. Therefore, this study investigated the learning contents of judo classes at universities that train health and physical education teachers. Semi-structured interviews were undertaken with three teachers who conduct judo classes at one such university. The results revealed the following: 1. To make judo classes more efficient, it is important to unify the kumikata of instructors, learners, and student assistants into the right kumikata. 2. University students are more developed than junior and senior high school students, and have greater physical abilities. Therefore, the former can practice the tachi-waza randori earlier in their training. However, it is necessary to restrict their movements and techniques until they become more proficient in ukemi. 3. If university students are to perform kuzushi , it is important for them to be able to move themselves and their opponents in order to apply the technique. 4. In the tachi-waza randori , it is appropriate to have the students perform randori with people of the same size and to keep the time to approximately one minute. In addition, it is important to divide the students into two groups and have one group perform the randori while the other group watches and learns it. |
