| 内容記述 | The aims of this research were to examine the qualities and skills required for human resources to adapt in the sports field abroad, and to accumulate basic data on this topic. And data are also objective qualitative data.The present study used the activities of Japanese soccer coaches in Germany as a reference, and involved a survey consisting of a questionnaire and an additional interview, if necessary. The respondents were soccer coaches and German language teachers based in Germany and know of the activities of Japanese coaches of this case study. The answers were classified into three categories: action, attitude, and skills. As a result, I was able to get concrete item: not only“ German language skills ” and“ open”, but also“ asking”, “ability to let be carry out”, and “authority”; therefore, I was able to obtain key suggestion into the qualities and skills required for human resources to adapt in the sports field abroad in practice. | |||||||||||||
