| 内容記述 | We have retrospectively analysed 101cases of muscle injuries（68 cases of muscle strain and 33 cases of muscle contusion）at the Health Service Center of Biwako Seikei Sport College. The time of injury, regions of injured muscle, the kinds of sport, and evaluation of ultrasonography were investigated. In spring and autumn, the frequency of muscle strain was high and consistent with a former research paper. We found that the hamstrings were the most common among muscle strains and the gastrocunemius among muscle contusion. According to severity detected by ultrasonography findings, the most severe cases（gradeⅢ）were about 30% for both muscle strains and muscle contusions. Those three typical cases were presented and discussed for clinical courses. | |||||||||||||||||||||
