| 内容記述 | Using qualitative research method, a narrative approach, the purpose of this study was to identify the peak performance experience of the athlete. A female student athlete won an intercollegiate local championship in track and field. Her excellent result has a lot of psychological concerns to analyze in mental training process. Self analysis, classification of categories in regards with peak performance experience, and the life story analysis were conducted. Applying these research method, her peak performance experience were described as four step of psychological process consisting of 1）overcoming difficulties, 2） unforeseen, 3）concentration, and 4）peak performance. These were hypothetical ideas to recognize one’s peak performance experience, and enhance one’s athletic performance, in the long run. | |||||||||
