| 内容記述 | In this study, it was stated that what kind of responsibilities mental training carried out at this college. In a word, some discussion were made to examine weather mental training that was isolated from sports psychology, that could be called mental management, were supporting the core of sports coaching study as a part of it, or were supporting the sports coaching study form the outside as a satellite of that study which was considered a fixed star. And it was needed to discus what mental training in itself was. Methods of mental training were stated mainly from the view of models which the author created in original manner referring to general introduction to it. The author’s original methods were consisted of two models based on a psychology background; they were (1) the spirit unification method , and (2) the mind and body unification method taking in oriental thought. | |||||||||||||
