| 内容記述 | The purpose of this report is to review the activities in the 2004 fiscal year of the counseling room of Biwako Seikei Sports College and to clarify the issues confronting the counseling room in the coming fiscal year. The report began with to investigate mental and physical conditions of our students making use of personality inventory ― UPI. The results were as follows: sophomore and female students were more uneasy than other university students on both sides of mental and physical conditions. In interviews from students that have high UPI score (more than 30 points), checked item (No, 25 want to die) and in want to counseling, problems mainly were insisted on adjustment about their competitive environments, anxiety about their future and so on. Furthermore these were the same problems as clients have. Backed by these findings, the report identifies two key issues for the coming fiscal year, namely 1) the development of a counseling system suited to the University’s system and 2) the provision of educational and informative activities for students aimed at supporting and promoting physical and mental health | |||||||||
