A questionnaire was sent to 336 university students who had taken a judo class at a university that trains health and physical education teachers. The number of respondents who had answered each question was categorized according to their gender and subjected to a chi-square test; residual analysis was conducted only when significant differences were found. As a result, the following conclusions were drawn.\n1. It was suggested that the difference in the proficiency levels of male and female students may delay the progress of the class. Therefore, it is possible to conduct classes according to the proficiency level of learners by conducting classes separately for men and women.\n2. When classes are conducted in coeducational classes (some classes are conducted separately for boys and girls), it is expected that classes will proceed smoothly by obtaining the cooperation of boys with high motor skills to support the learning of girls.\n3.
