We administered a questionnaire of the knowledge gained in junior high and high school Judo classes to B college 72 students who had participated Judo classes at junior high or high school. The results were as follows: 1. It was suggested that the difference between sports and martial arts, Judo refereeing rules cannot be actively learned. 2. While it was widely known that the founder of Judo was Jigoro Kano, the year of Judo establishment, Judo’s official name, its Judo’s philosophy and principles, the teachings of Jigoro Kano were not sufficiently learned. 3. The reasons for bowing and accidents causing head and neck injuries were well known.
