A total of 274 female students participated in the study. Each subject completed a Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) and submitted self-reported age, weight, height, and exercise habits. Body mass index (BMI) was calculated based on weight and height. Hemoglobin concentration was measured using the noninvasive blood vessel monitoring apparatus. Weight, height, BMI, energy and nutrient intake were each higher than the average of the same age group in Japan, whose thinness in recent years has been a concern. The present study showed that students’ dietary habits were influenced by their living arrangements and exercise habits. There is a possibility that exercise habits will make eating habits healthier.}, pages = {59--68}, title = {2015年度びわこ成蹊スポーツ大学食生活状況調査 : 女子学生を対象として}, year = {2016}, yomi = {タケダ, サトコ} }
