However, the most important issue for teachers is to get rid of the “embarrassment” that discourages young students from participating in creative dance. Previous research put important emphasis on making learners see the enjoyment in creative dance as a way to reduce and eliminate the embarrassment. However, this research focuses on raised hand movements, and proposes a warming up method with rhythmic arm and hand movement, including shoulder and arm stretches. Furthermore, in this research I applied this warming up method to dance classes to test reduction of embarrassment, as a trigger to helping learners open up and to test its effectiveness as a method to introduce dance. The result was a method for introducing dance that increased self-efficacy without increasing embarrassment.}, pages = {107--114}, title = {創作ダンス授業における「恥ずかしさ」の軽減に関する研究 : 挙手の運動に着目して}, year = {2015}, yomi = {モリカワ, ミエコ} }
