A newspaper on regarding the Great East Japan earthquake which occurred on March 11 2011 was need to report necessary imformation correctly and speedily for people who suffered from the severe damaged caused by the earthquake.  The Ishinomaki hibi newspaper located Ishinomaki city in Miyagi prefecture decided to provide a“ wall newspaper” offering information written on the wall in shelters.  Because no newspaper was available right after the earthquake, the wall newspaper was specifi cally helpful for hundreds of people who lost homesand families by the tsunami disaster.
