This example was attained by referring to physical activity classes （Gymnastics Ⅰ） in Biwako Seikei Sport College. The contents were basis and were included from the writer’s old instruction experience, which showed processes of the handstand training. Through these processes meaning and effect of the training was considered. 　The study found the following results: 1. The process handstand training was much like standing training. It was not only forms but also morphological points. 2.
