However, various fi ndings are clarifi ed as the research on internship advances, and a preferable result cannot be achieved by merely imposing offi ce experience on the student. Therefore, the focus decided to be appropriated to the change in “the fundamentals as a society member” in the prior guidance undertaken as the former stage of the offi ce experience, and to examine the result and the problem in the present study. 　The questionnaire survey was undertaken before and after prior guidance, and 270 students who had answered all items correctly were targeted. As a result, a signifi cant improvement was seen in all the ability elements of ‘Power to step forward’ (action). In ‘Power to think’ (Thinking), a significant improvement is seen in the ability element of “Plan power” and “Creativity”, while “Problem discovery power” has not improved. In ‘Power to work in the team’ (team work), a significant improvement is seen in the ability element of “Sending power” and “Listen to power”, but “Flexibility”, “Situation awareness power”, “Rule” and “Stress control” has improved. The importance of prior guidance in the internship practice was proven from these.
