Contemporary society has the problem that infants and children’s movement abilities and habits are decreasing. A program is needed considering such a background in order to acquire the movement habits for infants and children. In addition, a positive effect on infants and children in outdoor and nature experiences is verified from various respects. Presently the advancement of the information society has reduce playground activity and therefore it is important that children experience nature directly.  The purpose of this study is to make clear the influence gained by the infants and the children regarding the physical activity and changes in lifestyle in outdoor and nature experience, focusing on various activities in the camp. To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, two variables were set. 1) The physical activity in the camp is measured. 2) The change in lifestyle before and after the camp is measured, and the influence on lifestyle that the camp gives is clarified. Moreover, to clarify these problems, research was undertaken using the following two methods. Firstly, ten of the infants and children participated in the camp named“ Active Style Pro”, and had their physical activity measured and secondly,“ The child’s lifestyle questionnaire” was executed to 30 infant guardians and children who had participated in the camp.  The following two points were obtained as a result. 1) The physical activity in the entire camp indicated a value that was higher than in the infants and child’s daily lives. 2) It was able to be confirmed that the lifestyle was significantly improved between Pre and Post 2 when investigated three times (prior to the camp = Pre, immediately after it = Post1, two months after the camp = Post 2). In addition, after the behavior factor was considered it was improved when observed in the lifestyle according to the lifestyle factor.  The results measured the change in the physical activity and lifestyle.
