 note = {In 2009, Yuka HIGUCHI as a senior won the JAPAN University Indoor Tennis Championship. This report reviews her success stories and highlights the growth progress stages as an athlete. An adequate training program was necessary for winning the championship. In addition, it was important for her to understand and acquire a conditioning method. I have supported many junior athletes so far and have considered growth progress stages of athletes thought their support. It is important for an athletic trainer to prompt independence and adaptive dependence of body and mind in the transition period from junior to senior athlete.},
