Using the mental literacy method of Mind Maps®, a female student tennis player won an intercollegiate local championship and approached it as a meaningful game.  Her excellent results include many psychological concerns that can be analyzed in the sport mental management process. Using qualitative research methods, a narrative approach (M-GTA) was conducted on text data that she reported about the Mind Maps® drawn by her. Applying these research methods, her sport mental management experience was described as having two psychological contributors; these comprised( 1) practice based on reflection on the performance in the previous match and (2) mental preparation for the next match. The former consisted of (1-1) identifying factors that contributed to good performance, (1-2) identifying factors that contributed to a loss, and( 1-3) identifying future challenges. The latter consisted of (2-1) specifying future challenges, (2-2) integration with oppositional data, and (2-3) a good attitude in the match. These were hypothetical ideas for understanding her sport mental management experiences and for enhancing one’s athletic performance in the long run.}, pages = {45--51}, title = {メンタルマネジメントにおけるマインドマップ®の可能性}, year = {2011}, yomi = {トヨダ, ノリシゲ} }
