| 内容記述 | In this study, we investigated an approach used for the promotion campaign for women’s sport regarding the present situation in Shiga. In addition, we evaluated this situation in comparison with the data of the Japanese Olympic Committee（JOC）. As a result, the recruitment rate of women in decision-making positions in the sports associations was higher in Shiga than the national average where a positive tendency was seen in recruitment. It is thought that this is related to regional characteristic and the influence of the female Governor of Shiga. However, the recruitment rate of female coaches and referees which is less than average, should therefore be increased. It is important that each sports association intends to increase participation of female coaches and referees, and to facilitate opportunities when they are available. In other words, it is necessary to give the impression that coaches and referees are not particularly special. As a result, this should provide opportunities for female athletes to choose coaching and refereeing in the future. In adition we believe that it is connected to the promotion of coaching and refereeing for the next generation. Not only the effort of each sports association but also the information of sanctioning bodies and the creation of better group networking will become particularly important to promote women’s sports multilaterally. This can enable the spread information concerning women’s sports throughout Japan and the world relating to sports groups which may further contribute to the diffusion of women’s sports in the sporting world. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
