| 内容記述 | The history of the Olympic Games is often described as the history of conflict between the nations and races. During the era of the cold war, some countries cancelled or were forced not to attend the Games at Moscow in 1980 and at Los Angeles in 1984. This was because of the political power. The Olympic Games also were interfered with Ethnic conflicts. On the 8th of August in 2008, the sacred torch relay of the Beijing Olympic Games was interrupted by people who complain about Tibet problems. The mind of modern Olympic Games established by Pierre de Coubertin is contribution to world peace and friendly relationship among countries over the world by sports. Based on issues in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, sports and politics were discussed in this paper. | |||||
