| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to analyze the features of the experiences of turning-points by using the narrative approach. The informant was a former top athlete who was playing football. A Semi-structured interview was conducted with him, regarding the following, 1) beginning to play football, 2) the awareness of self as a top-player, 3) the experience as a member of a top team, 4) the experience of converting his playing position, 5) the experiences of sport injury, and 6) the experience of career transition in athletic retirement. The results suggested that a former top athlete narrated about his turning points with some plots of one’s autonomic action for various environmental factors. Making one’s life story (autobiography) may be a useful method for understanding one’s inner fact through one’s experiences. | |||||||||||||
