 note = {The purpose of this study is to identify the relations between physical education that incorporates educational values from sports culture and health education, and to apply them to train physical education teachers. To approach this theme, I remark on Takeo Takahashi’s interesting proposals concerning health education. The results are as follows. １. When Sports in Physical Education is fading, we have to produce good physical education teachers who can progressively teach health educational matters. ２. As society requires, contents of learning of health education is increasing. It is necessary for physical education teachers to acquire an effective training system. ３.
